We offer to purchase a Be Quiet power supply unit with a power capacity of 550W, which has received the 80 PLUS Gold energy efficiency certification.
The power of 550W is more than sufficient for office programs, web browsing, and light computer games. It will be able to run a basic computer with an integrated graphics card, budget-level processor, small SSD or hard drive. If you plan to upgrade your computer in the future, you should definitely consider a more powerful power supply.
The diameter of this power supply unit's fan is 120 mm, which will ensure quiet operation in mid-range computers. For especially quiet power supply unit operation, we recommend selecting a fan with a 135 mm or 140 mm diameter.
The power supply has been awarded the 80 PLUS Gold energy efficiency certificate, which provides at least 90% efficiency at 50% load. This indicates that at least 90 W out of 100 W of power drawn from the electrical grid by the power supply is delivered to the computer components, with the remaining 10 W lost as heat.
