Description - Battleship Bismarck The Bismarck is a German battleship of World War II, which entered service on 24 August 1940. She was the largest ship of the Kriegsmarine, next to her twin Tirpitz. On 28 September 1940, the Bismarck went out on her first voyage. It was sunk on 27 May 1941 during a naval battle. The model of the ship created by COBI was produced on a scale of 1:300. It consists of 2789 elements and is as long as 86.5 cm. The latest edition of the Bismarck is a ship designed completely from scratch. It contains more than 700 more blocks compared to older editions. It reproduces the proportions of the historic ship as faithfully as possible and retains all its essential elements, including the original camouflage.
