The low hydraulic flow restriction allows these products to be used in setups with weaker water pumps or lower pump speeds for even quieter operation while still delivering peak performance. The turned cold plate is crafted with precision to effectively cover the IHS and apply pressure to the die area. The cold plate is manufactured from the highest quality pure electrolytic copper which is precision machined to provide the best possible contact and heat transfer and is additionally nickel plated.
